Foggy head
Hi Claire
I tend to go out for a walk and try to clear my head even a stroll round the park and sit on a bench.
Just think it is getting out in the fresh air helps me.
Think it could help as I'm stuck in a lot to scared to ho out but I've been out today with my daughter and sisters children yo the park and I loved it somat so small can make ur day xx
Hi Claire, I agree with gardener, walks really help me too. The fresh air and movement are good ways to get some relief.
Getting out more is what I need xxx
Hi Claire I agree getting out more does help, that way you are not thinking about the headache and foggy stuff but concentrating on putting one foot infront of the other so you don't trip up glad you had a good time at the park..maybe it's time you sat on the swing and jumped off like people did when they were kids see how far you can jump..I've not done that in forever
Awwww bless him lol have to jump off next see how far you get
I will tomorrow will film and post
You might be vitamin D deficient which is why the sun would make you feel better. Get a blood test to confirm, you may need to get strong vitamins to get your numbers back up.
Hi rocksolid I take multivitamins with iron r they ant good x
I am not an authority on all these pill vitamins, but I hear you are better with liquid because your body will absorb more of the vitamin then a pill version. Most multi vitamins will offer about 2000 IC of vitamin D but if your body is low you will need more like 100,000 IC a week for a few wks to get the numbers up. That is what I am taking and my D level is at 15 when it should be over 50. Have a blood test done just to check all of your levels. The problem is many of the levels considered good are out dated. I told you my D was at 15 and according to my test it should be 25 or higher to be considered normal. Now I hear normal is more like 50-100 but most old time doctors will not know that. My regular doc said " sure take 2000 IC if you want" my endocrinologist said " 15, that is really low and gave me 100,000 for 6 weeks" So I guess it depends on the doctor.
Thanks I will book in for a blood test, and thanks for ur advice
