My eyes feel really strange like they are gonna explode. I think it's anxiety. Help!

sometimes anxiety can bring on many unusual feelings in our bodies. it might help to look at your eyes in a mirror so you will know that you are ok.

try to sit or lie down, not necessarily to sleep, but to be able to put your hand on your side or tummy and concentrate on slowing your breathing. maybe also saying a short phrase as you breath in and out - such as "I am safe, I am ok" or one of your own.
