Hi, yes I get chest pains due to anxiety. I've had the checked out by the docs and they are just stress. Worth getting a health check with your gp just to check. Mine took ages to go away but were related to an ongoing bullying situation at work. That's over now and eventually they went away. Learning to do big calm breathing helped as well as dealing with my anxiety and understanding why it was happening. good luck

Hi ive just come across your post I also suffer with anxiety and being treated for depression today I had a sharp pain in my chest just once but was enough to send me into a panic and think the worse I went to the chemist to ask advice as I couldn't get in to see my doctor I know chest pains are a symptom but never had it it's been other symptoms with me I struggle to believe the symptoms I suffer is anxiety so this what happened today is freaking me out xx
