Been a lot better today and I'm dreading to go sleep to wake up in a panic, any tips!

Go to sleep earlier my counsler suggested to me give your self about an hour before bed to settle like no phone or anything to active for the mind (: sounds like you just have anxiety your lucky its not your heart!!! (:

Hi hun

I know the feeling of waking in in panick it s terrible...but when it happens is the panick going away after few minutes????If yes,it means the panick comes and goes,and you won't die.

Be kind to yourself,panick sensations are coming but they go away as well without you dying.

Try no to be scared..I know it s very unpleasant.but nothing bad it s going to happen to you
