Dance exam tonight and am really anxious!

I am praying I don't go to pieces once I get out on the floor. I'm not sure what would be best to take as an anti-anxiety measure that won't leave me feeling groggy and unable to focus. I only have a couple of hours before it starts.

In the natural supplements I have magnesium (I will be taking 200mg of this as part of my dinner supplements anyway), relora, lemon balm, l-theanine, passionflower, rescue remedy (I've never found this works for me).

In pharmacuticals I have oxazepam, diazepam and temazepam.

I do think it might be sensible to make a pre-emptive strike with something, but I'm not sure what's best.
