Turn back the clock ...

Hi ........... well work is a real test .....interacted with about 60 people today in the resort...... My meds worked perfectly but I was 15 minutes late because of them..(over slept)... It was kind of tense later as I worked a split shift.......and the Xanax falls off after 8 hours..... have to get back at 8am ...which in my time is 8 and a half hours. Managing how I use my quick fix pill is going to be tricky...... Ill have to work the CBT harder to stop the triggers...Much love and good mental health steve

Wow Steve, well done you for balancing meds and work. Remember to have some good quality 'me' time. I find meditation music helps to clear my head and relax me. This is a new free 21 day meditation program available from the mentors channel. It starts 14th May, I'll pm you the details if you like ? X

Well done Steve.

I knew you could do it,a little trial and error with you quick fix tabs and you will have it cracked.I never liked split shifts they seem to mess you up.I hope all continues to get better.
