Another corner turned...

Hi everyone. I so sorry to see so many of you struggling. thought I would tell you a quick update. After months of struggle (agrophobia, panic attacks, depression and anxiety) I'm making real progress. After leaving my job last Jan I decided I wanted to retrain as a teaching assistant. It has taken lots of baby steps ( and a few setbacks) but am getting nearer to my goal. Will start college part time in Sept and hv a school placement. I also hv bn offered a little job in a special school a few hrs a month. All through I kept my eyes on the prize and I'm determined to get there. I hv had the support of my wonderful husband, family and friends who have encouraged me all the way. Hope you guys can take hope from my story. X

Enjoy what you are doing. Try not to look back. You've been there, done that, got through it.

If things crop up, go through your routine and eventually you'll find things get easier. xx
