anxiety attack..anyone to talk

i feel like im having an anxiety attack. im sick of this everyday its depressing me.

I'm having one too, big time I've been like this three days.. It's very overwhelming

That's exactly how I feel right now, but then I have my daughter laying next to me. Only two years old and I know I can't give up. As bad as I want to. Is there anything that helps to soothe you? And interest? Hobbies?

Hi there.im feeling anxious nearly 24/7 i agree it can get depressing:(maybe somebody will have some good advice.im maybe not gonna help much at yhe moment but you aren't alone with that just so you know

I have two kids as well. It makes me feel like a bad mom. I just want to be happy again. Everything is fine in my life besides regular life stressors. I dont get it.
