So today's symptoms consist of feeling tight in my lower abdomen..palps in my throat...weird sensation over my head as if someone had poured warm goo over it....dizziness and just general panic over all of the above.
Oh and don't let me forget cramp!!! But given the circumstances I can totally handle that.
Whywhy I couldn't not share how today is!
Xx

Hi Ashley
Phew thank goodness at last your symptoms of the day when I have answered this I can get on with my cleaning , was so worried I would miss them & was waiting for your post !
Well there are a few today , you seem to be adding more
Lower abdomen , this will be you tensing the muscles due to anxiety or the other thing you posted about the other day
Warm goo , now that is a new one or maybe not just a new way to describe when you are feeling so anxious we get all these sensations , I sometimes get one where I feel something is crawling all over my head !
Dizziness well anxiety of course as you say panicking over the above
And well yes what is cramp compared to all this , nothing
Cure , watch the Voice tomorrow at 7 , soon fix you
Hope you don't mind the sense of humor my friend & hope everyone else realizes that we are having a little banter here & not dismissing the seriousness of how when we are feeling so anxious how it can give you these symptoms that feel very real
I know you are ok though & nothing bad is going to happen , try telling it to do one & tell yourself you are not going to listen
I have a few symptoms today & could have listed them for you but then I would give them the attention they are asking me to give them & do you know what I thought no , you are not getting it , I will save my attention for Will-i-am
Hope they ease as the day goes on
Love

I am determined to keep the viewing ratings up so it is on again next year
Like you I get this trickling feeling over my scalp occasionally it's quite scary....also a tightening around where a hat rim wound be, then slightly faint....then of course your brain doesn't know what's going on and goes into panic trying to normalise things so you get disorientated and feel faint.
I think mine is due to an irregular heartbeat, under investigation at the moment........I only found out by getting a monitor from Boots which also flagged up when the beat is irregular...it's called an ectopic beat...feels like it's missing a beat, but in fact it is doing an extra one, then a delay...makes my head pound too.....ugh!!! Bring on the ?RIGHT PILLS......some can make it worse.....try and relax this weekend.....the ?Voice is so much better this time with Kylie and the other guy although ?Danny was sweet too.
Your comment makes a lot of sense...I too get the heart flutters and whatnot I'm waiting for an appointment with the cardiologist but I'm sure they will just tell me it's anxiety.
Yes I watched the voice last night I totally preferred Kylie to Jessie J. Can't stand her actually lol xx
Hi Ashley, can I ask do u ever have tummy probs with ur anxiety,I have a hiatus hernia for a long time and at the mo if I'm out somewhere specially if it's cold I can't take a deep breath at all,I have to keep stopping for a while, yet when I get home my peak flows r good and my sats r good, can anxiety affect my tummy,to such a degree?
• in reply to
Hi meg
I don't really get many problems with my tummy accept I get bad indigestion now..depend what you many by problems? Xx
• in reply to
Its feeling like u can't take a deep breath ,iv just been looking into things about it,apparently it is linked with hiatus hernia but also anxiety too,so with the two combined its not nice, going to mention it tomoz when I go for my woman's health check, ther must b a way round it
• in reply to
Hi Meg
Hope you get some answers tomorrow when you go for your check up
I know its not easy but try not to worry I am sure they will know best & put your mind at ease & don't forget to ask about that test over your stomach issues
I wouldn't go on line trying to diagnose yourself over this you could read more into it & we are not doctors & most of the time doing that can make our anxiety worse which then makes the symptoms we are feeling feel worse to , let them listen to you & make the diagnosis to what they feel the problem is
Let us know how you get on

Yes course I will love,il be glad when spring comes ,xxxx
Hi Meg...I too have hiatus hernia...also have Irritable bowel syndrome.
Anxiety can start it off almost without warning.
Anxiety releases proteins or something in the brain which affects your bowel and stomach...well,your whole body really...if you don't get actual stomach cramps, with either diareahh or constipation then it's probably to do with your hernia. Why not look it up online just to see if you can cancel out what it isn't.
