I have experienced this as well! It can be frustrating because at night I oftentimes feel completely different (in a good way) than I do during the day. The only explanation I can think of is that perhaps we are so exhausted at the end of the day that our minds are able to turn off a bit. Also knowing that we get to sleep for a few hours and forget about everything may possibly be a factor. Could have to do with body chemistry and environment factors as well
well today I was trying to be positive after listening some meditation for a fiest time and didn't feel as bad...the pain was there but nausea not bad even enjoyed my food....but got home and nausea is back atm and I can't shake of a feeling that it could be very serious and anxiety is back on big time...omg this is awful..seing osteopath tomorrow, hoping he can help me to shed some light on this...
