Just to let you know I've had another good day today I'm slowly starting to feel like myself again and slowly starting to believe that what I'm experiencing is anxiety... Just wanted to let you all know and share my positive not just my negatives! Hope you've all had a good day and if you haven't give it time because it will get better and that's coming from someone who thought it would NEVER get better! Now I'm realising it slowly is merry christmas and I hope you all have a lovely new year xx
