New feelings..

Lately i haven't felt like eating, i dont know if it's coz of my ear infection or just anxiety.. But i just dont want to eat.. I made myself have some dinner but i feel kinda sick from it, like not puking sick just like i didnt need it..

I started feeling a little weird so i just made some of my calming tea with valerian.. Hopefully this will kick in soon, i dont want to feel this way when i goto bed.

I'm going to the doc tomorrow, gonna get checked out and see about my ear, because my balance has been off these couple days.. Wish me luck

Oh i've been baking haha

Cookies! I made candy cane cookies yesterday & pecan too.

It keeps my mind occupied, even though my back was killing me after haha.

Family is comin' soon for the holiday.

Good luck with the doctors , make sure you tell them everything , maybe write down all these feelings you have been getting so you don't forget anything

Someone did a post yesterday about feeling hungry but then when food was there they couldn't eat it maybe its another anxiety symptom but worth mentioning while you are there !

You did very well though feeling of balance & sick which if you have an ear infection could make you feel that way as well but I am sure the doctor will tell you what's causing it & yet you still managed to do some baking which sounds delicious
