After coming back from CBT Therapy yesterday it was very upsetting as I have to learn to face my feelings and work on my distress intolerance which is extremely difficult. The modules I am working on say I have unhelpful beliefs about my thoughts and feelings like: can't deal with this, I hate this feeling, take it away, I'll go crazy,I will lose control, It's stupid and unacceptable, It's weak and It's bad. So I have to understand distress intolerance to help myself. Very hard work but want to cope better and have a better life. Let's hope I have a better day today. :)
