Pins and needles/Feeling Cold - Not a nice feeling

I am wondering if any of you are suffering in the cold too? I've got pins and needles and adding the cold weather it's really not a nice feeling. Well not sure if it's pins and needles or just tingles all over, it's a strange feeling. It's only just started and I hope it passes soon

hello cardiffGirl i too have the pins & needles tingling feeling since Wednesday and im absolutely freezing to the bone. I am driving to my sisters this afternoon which i haven't done this year, so my heads really tight and i have a tight band feeling around it and headache which i think will be tension cos i know i have set myself this challenge and i want to do it and come back proud of myself. I personally think the tingling thing is when were worried about something. I know its not nice and the cold is agonising. We are like 2 peas in a pod except your prettier than me. XX

Hi Cardiff girl. My legs are tingling today. I do suffer with the cold. Get wrapped up warm or get nicely settled inside. Have a good weekend

Thanks for the posts. Ages ago before the doctor told me I had anxiety I would suffer from feeling freezing cold one side of my body. The doctor had no idea why but maybe it was when my anxiety began.
