Does anyone else get chronic pins and needles sensations throughout their body. Mostly in my legs and arms. It’s so frustrating and it increases my anxiety because it doesn’t go away.
My doctor upped my dose from 10mg to 20mg of fluoxetine, so I feel like I’m starting all over again with the symptoms. Any experiences others can share?

Hootieann my experience of this is when I gave some anxiety but it terrible if I am turning toward a depressive episode. I feel like some kind of weird bug has entered my body and is taking over, my palms get really hot and I sometimes feel sweaty and hot in bed at night. I am fairly sure that my symptoms are mostly depressive episodes but lately these last two years I am thinking more anxiety related. You?
i too got pins and needles often when i first became ill. there is no place in nervous illness for strange symptoms. it's merely a harmless outpouring of a nervous imbalance distressing but not dangerous. bear the discomfort and comfort will come.
Yup! But mine feels more like buzzing/tingling. I get it pretty much everywhere, when I feel it on my scalp it feels like there are bugs in my hair and it's hard not to freak out about it! I'm pretty sure caffiene and sugar make the feelings more intense for me so maybe you could try reducing these to see if it helps you?
