Tingling pins and. NEedles

Please help. I have tingling pins and needles all day long and dr says I'm fine. It's anxiety. Pls tell me what stops this. Ty

I always get this and my doctor had told me also that it is anxiety. Unfortunatly i havnt found anything that stops its. When it used to happen i used to get fukk blown panic attacks because i of it but now im used to it so i just let it pass

Ty Bandit but they checked b12 and it's fine. Going out of my mind tyvm

serum B12 isn't a gold standard test and needs interpretation in context (which includes symptoms) - just using it as a single measure will result in missing 25% of people who are B12 deficient - and picking up 5% who aren't.

I get this too it's your anxiety and unfortunately the more you concentrate on it the worse your mind races about it, I have to pay down take deep breaths maybe even listen to some meditation stuff on YouTube I'm a caffeine nut which really doesn't help me out any so I have to cut that out for a few days . Hope you get to feeling better
