I’ve been experiencing the pins and needles sensation on my hands a lot lately and I’ve ready that it’s a normal symptom of anxiety as I have been very anxious lately. I just wana hear what your experience was like with this symptom as it makes me feel at ease when I read people go through the same thing as I do. I’d appreciate it. Thanks

Hi there. Yeah it definitely is a pretty common symptom. I’ve had it a lot over the last few years. It seems to go in cycles. You’ll have them for a while, they they ease away. Try and just accept them as part of your bodies reaction
Have you had any blood tests carried out recently?. You could have a vitamin B deficiency. Ask your GP to arrange a test as a lack of certain vitamins can effect our mental health.
Hi Thelespaul yes unfortunately I get it most mornings when I wake up and sometimes it can be quite excruciating especially if I get the numbness as well as both hands feel completely dead!! I was diagnosed with carpaltunnell years ago, so I put it down to that. Try doing some stretching exercises with your hands everyday it may help. Zippy 🙂
