Feeling ok 2 day

Hi all I actually feel a little better today. Don't know if it's because I've took my meds or its the placebo affect but hey who cares as long as I'm getting there. Just a little question can I still take my kalms as well or not?

Its lovely to see you feeling better today & well done taking your meds , I no how hard that can be when you have a fear & you have done it , I hope you feel proud you should do

I would phone the chemist about the Kalms , there should be a number on the label with your name on the meds of the chemist , they are very helpful & you can always be sure whatever they say they will be right
