After 8 months after suffering from anxiety and panic attacks not eating or sleeping and being on Sertraline for 8 months & councilling sessions (which I no longer go to) i feel great. I would never of thought that 8 months ago i could ever feel "normal" again..Its only the last 5 months that things have slowly got me back on the right track. From a person who didnt go out for the best part of 3 weeks, didnt want to talk to any one, didnt go to work for 7 weeks, panicked & cried everytime my hubby went out the door..he now works away 28 days at a time and its never bothered me in the slightest..I just want to say this to all you fellow suffers that there is light at the end of the tunnel..please stick with any meds you have been given they do make you feel worse before they make you feel better..but believe me they will get you through that dark place you may be in at the minute xxxx

so so glad your feeling better, can I ask you,do you think it was the meds or could you have done it just with the councilling, I an constantly anxious, and was given sertraline, but i'm afraid to start them,in case my anxiety gets worse.'I keep hearing such bad reports about these meds, but they seem to be working for you...I am so happy for you,...love Miarose.xxx
Good for you Mel. I have suffered from severe anxiety for 8 months, and it's wonderful to see someone else recover. It makes me more optimistic about my own future.
