Anyone still up?

Haven't been on in a few days but I'm having a really bad night, been okay most of the day and it came on about 10.30.

Chest is mega mega tight and I've got the old churning stomach and adrenaline rushes!

I ended up getting a sock and wetting it and putting it on my head, think the coldness finally sent me to sleep
