Still exhausted.

On 20 mg citalopram not yawning through the day but come 9 pm I can't keep my eyes open! I have like 8 alarms set on my phone and I'm sleeping through 6 of them! When I get up in the morning I feel like I haven't slept at all and feel like a zombie for an hour or so. Been on them for just over a week now, does it get better soon?

I’m the same been on 20mg for 8 days now sometimes I can’t sleep then sometimes I can’t keep my eyes open also they make me feel very spaced out 😐 and detached it’s weird but hopefully it will get better x

Yea I have the spaced out feeling kinda forgetful too, did it make your anxiety get worse?

It did at the start but not now now I just feel really weird but it’s scary 😑

I hear ya! I actually feel I took a huge step backwards, which I guess is the meds trying to level out but ugh it's scary and exhausting and I feel like I'm more limited to what I can do now than before I started taking them. 😝

Yeah me to hopefully in another few weeks we start to see better results and can begin to feel at least a bit “normal” again

Me too! I always say I don't even want fabulous I just want normal, tired of just surviving the day I want to live it!
