Feeling anxious

As it says above I'm feeling anxious. All because I'm on my own till four in the morning. Yep he's gone down to tauton, a mid night drop and be back about four.

I had my medication at half one this afternoon so thaythat's out of the way. Xxx

Good for you taking your meds

Try & see it that he has gone out & instead of focusing that it will be 4 in the morning before he is back, for now focus on the rest of the day , till it gets to bed time & maybe think I will have a late bed time tonight

Then when it gets to 11 or 12 , you can think only 4 hours & he will be back

I dont no if thinking like that will help you any , but when things seem hours away & causing me fear , I break it down & it helps to deal with the fear

I'm going to try and focus on it lior that it cud work. Anything is worth a try well I am going to do my house work and pass some time away xxx
