Well I've done it there are a few videos to look at and from what I can see its all free a bit of an eye opener very interesting think it might be worth a try

i signed up did first treatment so far...its all three. the guy in vids knows his stuff. im not completely sold as first treatment was very visualization based, but it at least helped me a bit. im going to stick with it.
