Hi I don't know whats happened but I have been away a few days and I keep trying to post etc and keep getting Health Unlocked NZ.

The website seems to be very disfunctional at the moment, I hope it improves.

I asked if anyone had experienced a sensation in their lower arm (right one in my case!) like a crawling sensation. I had this a few times yesterday. Another worry to add to my increasing list. Thanks for reading (if you have been able).

Yes I get really strange sensations in my arms legs , well not many places I havnt had them over the years to be honest

This heat as well doesnt help , I have been having a few more

I no its not easy , but unless they become really trouble some , try & let them come & go , they become less important then & we stop feeling them
