Hi Saz, of course always start with a visit to your doctor just to eliminateany physical issues going on.

If it does boil down to stress/anxiety, there can be explanations in what's

happening when filled with anxiousness 24/7.

The muscles down the ear canals can actually tighten causing the inner ear

fluid to make you feel dizzy. The muscles that surround your neck and head

can also be so tightly wound and tense that in itself can cause pain and consequently

daily tension/muscular contraction headaches.

Hydration is extremely important with the weather being so hot and your anxiety

being so high. Drinking enough water can reduce the frequency of your lightheadedness

as well as your headaches. As for the twitches, this can be caused by your over

sensitized nervous system.

Many of the anxiety symptoms we experience can be eliminated by our thoughts since

anxiety starts with a wayward thought and expands to a physical symptom. :) xx

I agree with the first persons post. It’s important to check if it is serious. If it makes you feel better the past few months I have had a few instances where my hands randomly quick.

It could be your bodies way of reacting to the stress. You aren’t alone. Anxiety is common and it’s normal to not have all the answers sometimes. When do the twitches happen? Is there a usual trigger?

No they can happen any time it’s horrible all this anxiety I have had loads of test done

I have been there. It's from anxiety. It will pass, take care of yourself, even physically If u can't calm mentally. I couldn't so i tried magnesium and exercise and it helped. Also tea and walks and meditation. It's from the mental tension. Try to have boudaries with what is stressing you. It's hard, i know

Hi and thank you for the post. You have received some great self-help suggestions already.

From me, I am going to suggest reading as much as you can about anxiety in books or on the internet.

A few sessions with a psychologist may be useful. The psychologist can guide & help you put a care plan together. The plan will be specific to just you. It will include things like what do when anxiety is triggered and what to do to keep it under control as much as possible, taking your preferences into account.

The struggle to accept the illness and live with it is a battle of another kind.

Wishing you all the best 💜🦘

Anxiety can make us hyper-vigilant and over focus on normal feelings/sensations in our body and we then magnify them and blow it out of proportion. If we give it time, allow it to be and focus on getting on with our day it will diminish and go away. One of the difficult aspects of anxiety sufferers is dealing with distress intolerance and wanting an answer and certainty for everything. You've had the tests done which is good so now it's about trusting you are ok. Because of your hyper-vigilance, the sensations may be there for awhile but will diminish over time.

You don't say if you are doing therapy for anxiety which can help and you might want to check out the DARE Anxiety book and youtube videos and books and youtube videos by

Dr. Claire Weekes which can help you learn to manage your anxiety.

Hi Saz12345

Sorry to hear that you are getting 'twitches' - been in that place, although its not nice, you can overcome it. It was explained to me by a Psychiatrist, twitches or 'tics' are caused by trapped nerves, they can be irritating, uncomfortable and an nuisance. Try gently massaging the area around the offending feeling - only very gently - this will encourage the lymphatic system to stimulate the area and carry any abnormalities out of the body. Main thing is this can happen to anyone, so try not to worry.

I've been having these tics in my right ear ever since June, so now I see what you mean

Anxiety takes many forms but it is always still anxiety.

Yeah, I have Twitches, it mainly comes from physical symptoms of a highly sensitive nerves system

Anxiety meds can cause tics. It’s nothing to worry about but it is irritating. When my anxiety was up, it was eye opening to discover how many side affects I had that were due to anxiety- dry mouth, tics, feeling if something in my throat, etc…

I have the same thing you do and I actually went to the neurologist yesterday and he checked everything out and said it’s definitely anxiety I know how you feel it’s so annoying I had this in anxiety so long now years and I’m going to see a psychologist and nothing seems to be working the only things I would say is to try to relax which I know it’s harder said than Done I sometimes just listen to nice soft music get my mind off of it watch a funny movie on TV I’m taking Lexapro now and I’ll see how it is a couple of weeks but I’ll be thinking of you I’m saying a prayer that yours goes away and mine goes away

Yes,I used to have severe twitches when my anxiety was at its highest level. I couldn't even sleep bcuz of them. But after I realized that they're due to my anxiety, they went away. Like I could also feel my brain shake inside my head. Even my tongue would twitch. But I'm fine,no more twitches
