You're not crazy at all! If you don't get the same feeling when you sleep at night, are you able to go the day without a nap and just wait for the evening?

If you find yourself far too tired and you need a nap during the day, it might be an idea to nap with someone in the same room? Just an idea. Like if your partner/ a family member is watching TV you could nap on the sofa in the same room and at least then, when you wake up, you have someone there :)

Best of luck xx

Hi, thank you for replying. If I sleep during day it's because I'm unwell or my daughter has had me up all night lol. I was awake with her all night last night as she been poorly and she still poorly today. Would love to fall asleep and catch up on some I lost last night with her but I can't, I wake up shaking, hot heart racing..... Takes ages to feel any better and for the effects to wear off if atall! Sometimes, that's it.... It ruins the rest of the day/night. It's weird as I'm fine at night sleeping unless I'm going through something highly stressful in which case I can have panic attacks whilst I'm asleep which wakes me up and I wake up having one! They're the worst . I'm anxious at least once a day every day, :( xxx

Hi. Yes I have had this but I don't take naps like I use to cause I always wake up in an emotional state.

Funnily enough I can sleep more relaxed and don't wake in a panic if I fall asleep in front of the TV in the evening.

Go to bed and I'm up with the panic at 5am most summer days.

Really, sounds familiar. It's such a horrible feeling ESP when I've been awake all nite . I'm irritable as it is with lack of sleep without having to force myself to stay awake :( thanks everyone xxx
