  • Hi Abs,

That feeling you have is definitely anxiety and it would be good for you to visit your GP if you feel you can't talk to anyone about it, they may be able to either give you some medication to help control the symptoms of anxiety or some sort of talking therapy. Either way it's good to address it as taking that step means you will slowly start to control it rather than have it control you.

Well done for coming on here and talking about it, you are not alone we are here for you so please feel free to tell us all about how you are feeling and why as most of us have felt this way at some point or another!!

    Em xxxx

  • thank you for your lovely reply, its nice to know someone understands... I am on medication but that feeling just doesn't go away. Last night I couldn't sleep, my legs and arms where so restless it was horrible......any ideas what may be causing this??

  • Yes you can feel very lonely and it makes you feel worse, my hubby went to the gp and told him about me being weird and then made me go. so you may find your husband may know you are not right but no idea why. I had postnatal illness I wasn't depressed just really anxious, just the thought of the picking the kids up from school made me feel ill. Go see your gp, nice lady one and tell her how you feel. Admitting it is half the battle there is nothing to be ashamed of xx
