Good afternoon everyone, today's blog. I've got a sore throat which when I'm not feeling good makes my mind think I'm choking when I eat something! Again my irrational thoughts are working overtime. I get told not to eat sugar because it doesn't help the anxiety whereas when I feel this choking sensation the only thing my mind wants me to eat is chocolate! This is not a good place to be in.??
