Another setback day! Why does anxiety do this to us? SO frustrating! Have been doing really well recently, very few symptoms and almost back to normal daily life. Even managed a tube journey into London by myself on Friday and felt absolutely fine. This morning however, stomach pains/upset, feeling sick.... I know it's probably anxiety because I have a busy week ahead with lots to get done, but because a lot of people I know have had sickness/diarrhoea bugs lately I'm of course convinced that it's got me and I'm going to be ill. As a result I'm currently too worried to leave and go to work (lucky my hours are flexible!!!) in case I get ill at work. Grrrrr. So sipping mint tea hoping it goes away.... Fingers crossed.... !

Hi

Well done for the journey into London thats a big step and should be feeling mighty proud of yourself. WELL DONE !!!!

Unfortunately anxiety and panic can cause us to have pains upset stomach and feeling sick.

Try and take some time to sit and relax this will calm your feelings down. Yes its a good thing you work flexi hours.

Just see how you feel then decide what you are going to do.

Big hugs
