Does anyone here get headaches only one sided? I've had them for 6 months ct is all clear it's not every day now and it feels like a tight band I'm seeing a neurologist on Monday but wondered if anyone could help

Mine start one sided, for sure.

I tend to get extremely sore headaches that tend to be focused on the right above my ear, never thought about getting it checked out.

It goes from the back crown and sometimes front wondering if this is anxiety related

Mione start at the base of myskull up round the ears round to the front over the eyebrows, then all hell breaks loose.

Mine are caused by anxious tension, or heavy exertion, making the muscles tense right up.

I find putting a hotwater bottle on the back of my neck helps or ice pack if its caused by over exertion.

Also there are some exercises that can help to, standing with back straight and hands behind your back clasped, take your head right down pointing the eyes towards your knees, stay for 30 secs then slowly release.

also, with head pointing forwards take the head to the side towards the shoulders, 30 sec hold again and release.

Also, with head pointing forwards turn head to look at each side in turn holding for 30 secs.

Thank you I just feel like I get them daily I'm over the panic attacks just headaches and sometimes dizzy now xx

i had one that was just on my left side, it was tention and anxiety for me, my whole neck had got stiff and it really bugged me, nice massage and relaxing more easing my shoulders and it has gone x

Me too exactly the same. Taking beta blockers has reduced them dramatically. Having a massage is good or cranial oesteopathy. Also stretching, hot wheat bag, baths and relaxation. Also watch if yo are gritting your teeth and drink plenty of water. X
