Headaches
Could be tight neck muscles from anxiety, best to stretch them out by looking up upper cross syndrome stretches.
If it persists longer than a week I would see a chiropractor or physical therapist. When you have severe anxiety for a long period of time it's not uncommon for your muscles to knot and tighten up. They go from your lower back, up your neck, around your skull, and to your eyes. The solution is to loosen those muscles and tendons so that your tension headaches and sore neck go away.
Thanks never Evan thought of that
I had it bad for months... it takes a while to remove it too, part of my problem was bad posture, getting older, and severe anxiety for like 8 weeks straight. There are some good exercises you can Google if you want to save a few bucks.
I had this issue it lasted months. It was a strained neck muscle. Try to get a massage in that area.
Great advice Jessie
Yes accupunture helped me.
I have sometimes then my body feels numb. I just stay still and let it pass because if I move I just get dizzy.
