Hope everyone is doing well, Iv had a headache for nearly a week now it’s behind my eyes and forehead and top of my head just basically all over also my neck and it’s not going I’m so scared it’s a bleed to the brain or brain tumour. Why isn’t it going!! It’s so bad 😢. Does anyone get this??

I suffer alot from headaches and also had the brain tumour fear for about a decade. Obviously, no one on here can say for certain you don't have a tumour but it's unlikely. There are many other symptoms of brain tumours and many, many other reasons for a headache.

Have you taken anything for it? There's obviously traditional painkillers but I've also found tiger balm and other similar products really good- it's basically something you rub on your forehead to relieve tension. I bought some, unconvinced, after it was recommended by some friends who swear by it and I have to say, it really helped.

If it continues, do see your doctor as they may be able to prescribe something or order some tests to put your mind at ease but try not to panic.

August 2019 I got a headache that lasted 3 months behind my eye neck temple top of head moved everywhere but always behind my eyes I was so scared thinking same as you nothing seemed to shift it even when it wasn’t hurting I could feel weird feelings and pressure I read a lot about it and started doing neck stretches turned the brightness of my phone screen down and they eventually went away I believe mine might have been eye strain plus tense neck muscles

Are you able to make an appointment with your GP? I don't say that because I think it's serious but because this is clearly having a real negative impact on you and they will be able to, a) give you some reassurance about the cause and b) hopefully prescribe something to ease the pain. Pain around/behind the eyes could be sinus related.

I know a friend of mine gets bad migraine headaches. First she tries the traditional Tylenol headache/migraine tablets. If it continues for a bit after that she gets a shot called tordall (sp?). That usually carries her on for a while after.

I’m dealing with this right now too. Neck pain and intense pressure in my head. I always think of the worst too like a brain bleed or a tumor. It’s awful :(
