Went for a meal with my daughter last minute thing...enjoyed it..we chatted and laughed..came home and we had a three way conversation with my daughter in Canada, we laughed like old times it was so lovely...
Makes me scared for the lows as it feels so good, but for tonight it helped me laugh again and I know I must relish that....precious times

Hi,
Well done, for being in the now and enjoying your anxiety free day. xxEunice
That is great! Always good to hear of something good happening, and now you have a great memory to hold on to if or when you ever get low.
I was once riding high and a gentleman asked me how i was? I replied " I'm wonderful, my life is in tune with the universe once more, I can't believe how good things are going".
He said to me "Don't worry, it will pass". and walked off. I was pretty annoyed at the time and chose to dwell on it for a few days, thinking what a b@#$ard! He obviously doesn't like people being happy.
It was only when i was on a downer again that i realized his meaning as i heard his words again, words i had seared into my mind when annoyed. Don't worry, it will pass.
Luckily i met him again and was able to thank him. I now only keep friends around me that tell me what is good for me & not what i want to hear, however painful it is at the time.
So for me pain is gain and i am well on the road to recovery. My road to recovery has no end, but if i can be just a little bit better at life today, than i was yesterday, by reading stories like yours, and the stories of pain. I can prepare myself for the road ahead.
If i know i will get a puncture, i will pack my repair kit before i set off.
