Trying hard to quell the anxiety, and tell the irrational thoughts to sod off.
Just woken, I'm getting slightly shaky, but I think that's just the adrenaline pumping around a bit. I realise that returning to normal sleep patterns and morning responses will be a gradual process.
I will try to stay strong today, and be focused on what matters, and not the b*llshit.
