When did getting dressed become such a bloody chore!!!!

What is that all about....getting dressed has become such a big thing to me....

Decisions about what to wear, actually putting them on, bloody hell... That used to be the easiest thing.......

Haha, I find its when we are not doing anything special its hard. Get a day where we must be somewhere and its easier, although I usually leave it to the last minute, then rush, and wish I hadn't.

With depression, and thats what it is, I find all enthusiam is gone..........and its that why bother attitude that takes over.

I guess if we have no enthusiasm and do it anyway, it might help, even though, I then get lead legs, and it takes ages :-)

Get your onezy on and have a nice cup of tea in the garden, hope you fell better

I live in my pjs, can't remember what clothes are. When it was colder I'd just put my waterproofs over them if I needed to go out. I hate having the wash before the getting dressed too, hassle lol

Agoraphobia+ anxiety = lazy bastards:-)

Ah. The Concrete Slippers... slogging through the day from the moment you awoke. It may not be what anyone wants to read, but pushing oneself to take in a little exercise, take a few vitamins, change up the diet... force the positive thinking.... wake up to music you love, open the curtains, get a sun lamp...

Take a shower! Even if it's exhausting! Download a new album... I know, I know... just put the lead legs into some kind of footwear and go! Don't check your emails or Facebook (depressing depressing depressing)... get a move on!
