Well 24 hours in the day of me................Mon, Tues and today happily going about my business re-vamping my new bigger bedroom (wahoo)
And a phone call today........... and hey presto................ the job that I declined 6 weeks ago just as I split with my partner (As head therapist at a beauty spa) cos I wasnt in a good place to start a job like that....... and I actually didnt know if I wanted to......... but today they have rang pleading with me to help them out for 5 weeks as the junior therapist announced on her second day that she is pregnant and cannot massage more than once in a day.......... errr not good in a beauty spa......
So I said yes I will help them out for the 5 weeks before the other therapist starts.......... and who knows if I like it and they like me.......you never know.......
So as from tomorrow I will be working.............But a really nice way to ease myself back into full time work............
Sometimes I think (and Im not religious) but sometimes I think, there is a god.........or at least someone helping me along........ prob my old man (dad)......
Hope everone elses day has been positive...........
I know my good friend Sues has.......... she's had a very special important mission..........

With you on the God front,not particularly religious but am a Catholic.My Brother is quite religious,well,he would have to be,he's a priest,it's true.Anyway my point is this,I do quite a bit of work for the Catholic Church which involves working in Churches that my Brother is responsible for.Whilst working alone in Church,I always feel a sense of peace and a great satisfaction to be helping out in Gods house,strange but true.
I'm excited for you too...
Exciting times..it's kinda like a new beginning...even those 5 weeks on their own will make a difference in moving you forward..

Well done Ker, I used to be a therapist and loved my job, I still enjoy all the holistic therapies I just wish the orthodox medicine would appreciate the holistic approach more as together they would produce a lot more happy and healthier people.

Thanks Ker, I am fine at the moment. .. So lovely to hear someone who likes there work. A year is nothing to be away from your job, you never forget how to massage do you.
