You must feel like going to the bathroom sometimes. When you do that, on your way, just do one little thing that you've been putting off. It's a little start, and could be all you need.

I have had several bouts with depression and anxiety over the past 23 years. Besides getting professional help, medication and therapy, what has been most therapeutic for me is regular exercise (including when I don't feel like it), being active with projects around the house, activities with my kids, working hard at my job, and trying to connect regularly with family and friends. One thing I learned from reading and from experience is to not wait until I feel like doing something. As difficult as it seems, I have learned action precedes feelings. When you take action, and this can be small things to start with, motivation to do more follows. I hope this helps.
