seeking tips to eliminate agoraphobia

Anyone have tips to get rid of agoraphobia? I can’t go many places without my spouse or a trusted friend .

Look up Dr. Claire Weekes. She wrote books on anxiety and may be helpful. Usually exposure therapy is recommended, which can be difficult. A therapist can help as well. Keep going out as much as possible, even if it's with someone. Hope you're well.
