Hi everyone. I'm new here and was looking for online support for my many mental health problems. I have anxiety, ADHD, autism, PTSD, depression etc. I'm interested in meeting new people with similar health concerns to give and receive support. Thank you to everyone that took time to read this. I look forward to making new friends.

New here
self doubt, not good enough, self hate. Where is it stimming from? It's from you, your mind, your PAST experiences, your PAST trauma. It's PAST time to forgive yourself for what other people lacked.
They lack vision, awareness, and growth. THEY grew stagnate, and THEY became unhappy, THEY blamed you for not making THEM happy. THEY did this to themselves.THEY is not YOU.
YOU did everything YOU could. YOU are more than good enough. YOU are aware, YOU are capable, YOU grew. YOU out grew them. YOU have accomplished much, YOU have made a difference, and YOU will continue to GROW, to self reflect, to learn, to fail, to learn to grow. YOU have to forgive everyone who made you ever doubt yourself. YOU can't save everyone. However, YOU can save yourself. You saved me.
You allowed me to be myself, you saw my potential, you have seen me at my worst and literally my best ( at the time ). There is still more yet to be seen. I've achieved more this year than I ever imagined, I found my voice, I found my place, I found my heart, my passion, and MY happiness.
I didn't do this alone, I didn't achieve any of this alone. I had the help of 4 genuine people who saw my potential. Who saw my faults, helped me (even unintentionally), not continue to fail, they did not give up me. Do not give up on yourself. Do not be hard on yourself. You're going to fail, learn, and grow repeatedly.
I hope this helps.
From your bio I can see you've got a lot on your plate, and I'm so glad you found us. We're here to listen and HEAR what you're going thru. Keep Coming Back. 🥰
Thanks. I'm hoping to find a local support group to be able to have some in person communication. Being at home 24/7 and not able to work is really been a struggle. I just don't know where to start on finding local mental health support groups. I've looked online and asked around but so far there doesn't seem to be anything.
Hi and welcome! Have you checked NAMI or the ADAA for local support groups in your area? Also, if you haven't already, check with your county, that's where I found a group a while ago. My county has a decent mental health support system. Or if there's a psych hospital not far from you they may have outpatient support. Hope you're able to find what you need!Meanwhile this group is a great place for online support.
Yeah the only thing I found was this support group. Unfortunately mental health help isn't that great where I live. I been seeing a Dr and early October they put me on a medication called depakote and now I've been out for 2 weeks and have left numerous messages for refills and my drug store sent refill requests that haven't been responded to. Just having to go through this makes my anxiety high. I'm in the process of finding a good mental health Dr.
Sorry you're having difficulty trying to get your meds refilled. I know you've called several times but keep calling until they do something. Or go to the doctor's office and tell them in person you really need your meds and won't leave until you get your script in hand or they call it in to your pharmacy! I would be furious!! If you'd be interested in an online zoom support group check out LiveWell Foundation
They have several different groups during the week. Most are peer based run and the moderators are great. They helped me out for a few months a while back. Hope my suggestions help . Keep me posted.
Almost anyone fits into CoDependents Anonymous. Especially moms and dads. Another group that might help you cope with your drug using son is Tough Love. They both helped me a lot. 🥰
