Good luck. I just found this group and hope it helps me cope a little jus knowing some people may be going through the same group cuz the people in my life don't have a clue and when I do say something to them they act like they didn't hear me cuz they don't know how to remark about my feelings. I have had both anxiety, PTSD, depression and social anxiety for years. I hope being on here helps you a little bit. If you ever need to chat, I'd be more than happy to listen.
