going crazy

I feel so stir crazy and sick of my routine, but I don’t have a big desire to do anything or go anywhere, plus with the anxiety of going anywhere or doing anything. I want to pull my hair out. I’m so sick of being in my own head. I want this anxiety and depression to go away so badly. Why won’t it go away???? 😫😫😩
