Going lock down crazy !

The lock down is causing a lot of problems, my neighbor plays music in his garden every time the sun shines. Now usually I can get away from it and go out etc, but with lock down I cant, so it started to annoy me, then I started to get angry. So I started to play loud music to drown his out ! So kettle called the pan block ! his wife shouted turn it down ? so it must be ok for them to do it and not me ! then they started slamming doors etc. But I thought whats going on ! because there is less background noise, ie motorway, airplanes street noises normal sounds seem twice as loud ! plus being trapped at home. So im now working on myself ie relaxing progs and release progs from now on ! so be aware whats happening try not to over react I nearly did.

I'm sorry that happened gerrerd. But I know you know better than to allow

someone else to push you over the edge. The longer the lockdown goes on, the

more chance there is for people to lose it with others or just being confined within

those 4 walls of our homes.

The good thing is that you caught yourself losing control and decided to do something

about it by working on yourself. That's the nice thing about being well prepared

ahead of time. When issues get out of control, you are trained well enough to get out

of the heat of the moment. Good for you gerrerd. Take care, you come first. :) xx

Listening to other people's noise can be so annoying as it invades your personal space. Don't beat yourself up Ray it's what we often do when we are pushed and as you say intensified with this lockdown. I don't like to think you are avoiding your garden can you wear headphones with your favourite music. The problem is sometimes you just want to be quiet and listen to nature. Take care
