hi, feel free to post about anything you are comfortable sharing. You will see you are not alone and find very supportive people here. I have major depressive disorder and childhood ptsd and anxiety disorder. I also post in chronic pain because arthritis seems to be creeping up everywhere as is my age lol. Hello, can you identify what stresses you out the most? I use to think it was one thing but it actually was something else associated with that person. Hope you find some peace.
