this is a gross and stupid post and I’m sorry. I was having some bloating and stomach issues so I took a Dulcolax stool softener. I then looked online and saw all these reviews about people getting violently ill taking this . I freaked out. And spiraled into anxious thoughts. I then realized maybe these reviews were about the laxative and not the softener as they did not specify. But now I’m terrified to eat because I don’t want to get violently ill

I think maybe calling a pharmacist would be the best thing to settle your anxiety.
