I've been diagnosed with GAD years ago. Currently in the midst of Seasonal Affective Disorder. Yes, I get my SAD from mid-August to October/ November. So, I know that is colouring some of my current thoughts. Being this is my first post, I'm a tad leary of oversharing at the moment. Okay... Is that a polite way of saying trust issues?
What do you do when you feel like you have no one to truly share the deep down darkest thoughts / feelings you are currently having? I don't want to burden friends or family. Was released from therapy earlier this year; I "graduated " per say.
The one person I never feared baring my soul to passed away years ago.
Feel very adrift at the moment.
