What? You only have 1 bedroom which all 3 of you share? And you can't lay down the law in someone else's home when they are paying for it and keeping you! It doesn't work that way.

If you want independence to live the life you want then you need to work for it and pay for it yourself. Then you can make your own rules.

Yes we have only one room. And the fact that someone is paying for me doesn't justify destroying myself and themselves. Abuse is abuse. You're thinking of slavery. She told me to not accept the job when i just arrived. She broke me too much to work in my field. Have you seen the rent prices?

None of them are going to turn into the caring sort who understand and know how to help you.
