I think working is likely to help you feel better. I suspect that being around other people with new things about which to think and easy conversations about the weather and the job will help your brain form new paths that are less circular. It will take time, but go for it!
Thanks. Just feel bad that i could have more time to heal and im scared i might get triggered at work. I'm really fragile rn. Even missing the bus or seeing mean people in the bus could drag me down
If you take the extra time to recover, what will you do to get better? If you have some definite steps to take, such as having an appointment with a therapist or even two to see whom you prefer, then perhaps taking that extra time will be helpful.
