Day 6 of Lexapro

Day 6 of Lexapro. Well, at least I slept through the night, even though I woke up early at 2 am. It's better than last night when I had no sleep at all. My sleep schedule is still off by two hours. I'll take it, though. I have a naucious feeling after taking the pill. I feel good afterward of taking the pills. I still have anxiety but at work and overthinking at home. It's not as bad I don't think from before the meds. Being in sessions with Depression Anonymous helps. I'm going to see a behavior therapist. I'm taking 10 mg. I have more energy, I think. People still upset me. I hope it gets better. #LexaproLeisureTime
