As I type this post, it’s 11:10 AM and I’m laying in bed. Just getting out of bed and washing myself seems like a monumental task. I don’t know how I’m going to function at work. Just the thought of interacting with fellow coworkers is making me anxious and my energy level is depleted.

Sorry you're feeling bad today. Just one step at a time. Getting up is the most difficult, and the most beneficial. Think of how nice a shower would feel and help wake you. Little things at a time seem less scary to me. You're not alone, and you can do this.
