has anyone taken medication and it actually help with depersonalization and derealization? ruminating thoughts? I am down bad and thinking I need to start my script.. but also scared to try it.

Hi,Medication πŸ’Š can be really useful for getting you into a better place. Your prescriber has given you a script based on your symptoms and history.

When starting, it's worth remembering that sometimes there are side effects as your body gets used to the meds. They are usually mild and tolerable.

Some people cannot tolerate the side effects meaning a trip back to the doctor sooner rather than later is required.

Be curious but not afraid to try.
